There are many cheap descalers in the market but for such an expensive machine, I didn't want to take a chance. This is original product, 500 ml bottle, so you can use 5 times. Cleaning with this really improved the taste of the coffee also, which had started tasting bitter and metallic due to scaling. Highly recommend. Delivered before time also.

Très bon produit ! Facile à utiliser grâce aux doses déjà prévues, il élimine efficacement le tartre et permet de garder la machine à café en parfait état. J'apprécie également sa composition à base d'ingrédients d'origine végétale. Une bouteille permet plusieurs détartrages, ce qui est économique. Je recommande.

Uso EcoDecalk da tempo sulla mia macchina De’Longhi e, anche in questo formato da 500 ml, si conferma un prodotto pratico e affidabile. Il dosaggio è comodo grazie alla bottiglia con le tacche, quindi si prepara il ciclo di pulizia senza complicazioni e senza sprechi. La cosa che apprezzo di più è che dopo il trattamento la macchina torna a lavorare in modo più regolare: il flusso mi sembra migliorato e anche il sapore del caffè risulta più pulito. In più, il fatto che sia un prodotto originale e a base vegetale dà una sensazione di maggiore sicurezza rispetto ad alternative generiche. Non è un prodotto “spettacolare” nel senso classico del termine, ma fa esattamente quello che deve fare e lo fa bene. Per chi vuole mantenere la macchina in buone condizioni senza complicarsi la vita, secondo me è una scelta molto valida.
