Liv Organic Sprouted Quinoa Flour - 24 oz

This is a quality flour. I love this quinoa flour for the extra protein content. I also love the flavor but the flavor is different and distinct from white flour. I use this to make banana bread, apple cake, cup cakes. If you want to make bread or pizza you will have to add something like arrow root to give some stretch.

I like this product but sometimes Amazon ships product that expires in one month. It’s great texture and tastes a bit bitter but if you add salt and oil or a protein powder and make pancakes it’s good to go. Has good bake ability because it formes well but I add sprouted ground flaxseed for things like pancakes and a little protein powder for sponginess
