Lightkiwi Q6914 Mechanical Timer for Low Voltage Landscape Lighting Transformer

This timer is very small and very good. I was using a larger timer on my recently installed exterior lighting, but it occasionally tripped the circuit breaker. This one doesn't. Plus, it does a great job. The instructions are easy to follow. I suggest reading them re how to set the on/ off times before making the wrong assumptions.

A simple mechanical timer to replace one in my patio’s LED lighting system. I measured the old one that stopped working, found this one, ordered it. When it arrived the next day, I set the on- off times and time of day (super simple) and it works perfectly. Inexpensive solutions

The timer arrived with no directions. It had the same appearance of my other other timers. The timer was for low voltage pathway lights. When I plugged the timer into a regulator outlet, there was a small spark and no lights. I used my volt meter to check the out voltage and it was 118 volts. All my lights need new bulbs. The timer works great playing a CD player and turns it off.

The product works great out of the box. Very easy to set time and use. . . but there is one problem. This is suppose to be used outside and after a while it stopped working. I knew there was a problem and it didn't take me long to figure it out. Little ants had made a home inside and jammed it up. Upside is after killing all the ants, it works perfect again. I have moved it to another location and it continues to work perfectly!

This timer is very simple to use. Fits in the transformer well and works flawlessly. It does not make noise like the old fashioned mechanical timers that we used to turn lamps on and off during vacations.

Needed this to turn on and off my backyard patio lights. It works well. It’s small enough that it fits into a small outlet with a container on top.
