Is this just a contact spray (does it only kill the bed bugs if it is on contact) or can be sprayed on furniture to prevent them?

This will not prevent against getting bed bugs initially, it will however kill them and eggs after you have gotten them and continue to kill them for three months. This spray saved my daughter’s mattress after she brought some of these foul beasts home with her from her class mates!

Does it have a strong smell like raid ?

No. Hardly smell at all. The roach spray is the smelly stuff.

Hard to tell if it’s working yet. Spray foam is hardly coming out after using 1/2 of a can.

This works perfectly to kill these nasty critters

Make sure to spray infected area and surrounding floor boards with cracks and crevices. Let set for a bit then thoroughly vacuum every nook and crevice, empty out vacuum in a sealed bag and pitch. Then use sealant on the crevices. Very effective!
