It was a fluke that we received them once, we ordered chops and this was the replacement item. I love these so much more! They are perfectly cut, they are great on the grill or in the oven. They have the perfect amount of fat, I never remove it because it adds so much flavor. Its 25 minutes to cook. They are fresh and yummy and one package has 2 pieces which is the perfect size for 2 people or get 2 packages so you have enough for leftovers!

Perfect for stew
Made stew with the pork butt steaks & it was SO GOOD! perfect ratio of meat to fat. No odor & super tender. Just wish it was more in the pack. Believed it was one big piece. I’m glad I got 2 packs to cook

Fresh, lean and very tender and flavorful I bought another pkg it was that good perfect portion for dinner for two and a price that was also good especially for the quality

Quick, tasty, and tender
We love these pork steaks. Thery're great for a quick and tasty hot off the grill focal point for any meal. They cook quickly and are tasty tender. We love 'em.

There are better cuts.
In order to be tender these have to be cooked right through! I'll stick with pork shoulder blade steaks - more tender and tastier. I didn't care for these much. The taste was ok but so dried out and if cooked less then they are tough.

Delicious!
These were smaller than I had expected but were so tasty. I fixed them in the crock pot with sliced onions, onion soup mix, and mushroom soup. Served it all up with mashed potatoes and the family loved it. I will be purchasing these again often.
