My doctor suggested I try L-Carnitine Tartrate because I have three chronic illnesses causing severe fatigue. After a week or so of taking this product, my energy level started to rise quite notably. I even started to stay awake all day. For a personal test I stopped taking it and shortly my fatigue returned. I resumed taking it and my energy returned. I'm not only awake all day but I'm able to exercise and feel practically "normal!" No weight loss yet but I'm very hopeful. This is a high quality product, I've had NO digestive problems. I've been using this for about four months now.

Product arrived sooner than estimated. Have been taking it daily and feel a noticeable increase in energy. Also seems to be helping to ease the pain of diabetic neuropathy. The pills are a bit large, but I've had no trouble swallowing them. I take it with breakfast and dinner and it doesn't upset my stomach. Each tablet is 1,000 mg, so it's a good value for the price. Glad I tried this brand first. I'll definitely purchase this again.

I have taken L-Carnatine for years and have always had great success. Unfortunately, with this specific product, I have not had the same results. I’m assuming the tabs are extremely under dosed. Oh, and they are HUGE pills.

I take so many different vitamins and supplements (nearly 10 or more...Vitamin C, B, E, D, magnesium, potassium, liver supplement, etc.) and I work out six days a week, so I can't say for sure what one specific pill is doing for me. I'm using all of this together and am extremely healthy. So that's why I can't for certain give 5 Stars, but a strong 4. There isn't anything wrong with this product and I will continue taking it. I buy it here from Amazon because of this mix of L Carnitine with Tartrate. I'm no scientist, but I'm copying and pasting the conclusion of a study I read on Bodybuilding (the website), and it put me over the top to give this a try. I won't go into all the details and studies they took their info from, but it wrapped up nicely by saying this...essentially L Carnitine L Tartrate (LCLT...and I'm hoping that is what L-Carnitine Tartrate is in this bottle) doesn't increase testosterone on its own, but works in tandem with it to produce results: "In summary, research shows that: Feeding after Resistance Exercise increased Androgen Receptor content, which may result in increased testosterone uptake, and thus enhanced luteinizing hormone secretion via feedback mechanisms. L-carnitine supplementation can upregulate Androgen Receptor content, which may promote increased testosterone uptake and recovery from Resistance Exercise. In layman's terms, such increases in anabolic hormones and with recovery being enhanced you can expect more muscle growth."

I have tried others L-carnitine brands and they were ok, but nugema carnitine is something else. First at all, it comes with tartrate, an element found in fruits and other nutrients which almost comes natural for the human body, meaning the absortion is superb. The proof that this nugema L-carnitine is made of high quallity is that the tablets are easily broken. Sometimes some of them are already cracked inside the jar due to rough handling. For some people, this is not good, but for the ones that know better, this happens because it is pure and only a few elements were added to keep its form, turning out to be one of the best L carnitines in the market. And as I said, I have tried some brands but this one beats them all.

Big pills, they work but made me vomit everytime I took it. Works for my brother but makes my dad and i vomit no matter how much food we consumed beforehand. Tried it with eating before, on a semi empty stomach, and eating while taking it/after. Didn't sit well with me.

After doing much research, I wanted a potent version of pure L-Carnitine and one that would give me the recommended dosage of 2 grams per day. I have looked at countless products and most of them was combined with other things which lessened the dosage of carnitine. I have been taking it for several weeks now and have been impressed with the results. This product is excellent. I get 2 grams per day and I ONLY HAVE TO TAKE 2 PILLS A DAY. Great price for a great product..Will definitely purchase again.
