Buyer beware of false description
This tea is NOT tea from the island country of Sri Lanka (Ceylon). It is tea imported from India and elsewhere that is processed and packaged in Sri Lanka. So this is not the Ceylon tea that is known to be free of lead, cadmium, and the other heavy metals, but that is known to be in the teas from India and China, where almost all electric power comes from burning coal.
