Great tea to help you "move" interal
Great tasting tea. Very effective for helping create intestinal movement. Also helps you to relax some too when you have it at night. Great value, have used this for a few years now and keep buying it.

WORKS REALLY WELL. Drink it at night. Dont recommend drinking it in the morning unless you work near a bathroom.

Excellent Product
I love the taste and flavor of this tea. Keeps your bowels cleaned up. I would exercise on the side of caution when using this product the first few times and only drink about a quarter of a cup to start. Stay close to a bathroom.
