Life Extension products are such good quality. Anytime I can’t find an affordable liquid option for a vitamin/supplement I ALWAYS turn to Life Extension (LE) Depending on the specific product & amount in each bottle of said product, their prices vary but overall LE offers quality & with a super affordable price point, especially for the amount that you get per bottle, per vitamin/supplement. Small gel capsules, easy to take. Never once experienced any negative side effects. They’re 7,000iu & I take x1 daily. Despite sun & the measly amt in most multivitamins, ppl typically have really low levels & Vitamin D3 is beneficial for quite a few issues that could be fixed by getting one’s levels to an optimal range. I highly recommend LE products. Been using them for about 20yrs now & their reputation for quality & reasonable affordability is unmatched in my opinion.

Life Extension always has excellent supplements. I do wish they offered more herbal options, but they still have a great selection overall. My PCP recommended switching to this D3 after being on prescription D3 for a while and not needing such a high dose anymore. My doctor is happy with my current levels, and I trust the quality, especially since many physicians use and recommend this brand.

I am impressed by the quality of the bottles. I think I'll get a reward, just by how nice they look and how great the feel is, every time I use it... not to mention the superb quality of the pills composition/purity inside.

tiny little capsules, I am very deficient so take anywhere between 1 and 3 a day - rotating the amounts. If you are tired all the time, try Vit D - it makes a huge difference!!! I might get the 10000 IU next time, but for now, happy with the 7000

I’ve been taking this vitamin D3 consistently, and it has helped me a lot as part of my overall supplement routine. The softgels are small, easy to swallow, and convenient to take daily. Loving the vitamin D affects already. This has super high daily dose in tiny tablet.

Unfortunately the expiration date of this product is very small due to the amount of pill that comes, my doctor recommended taking one pill a week, but the expiration date is 4 months from now (08/2022).
