AWESOME!!! I had some SERIOUSLY cracked heels with big pieces of jagged skin sticking up. My heels were so bad from wearing these sandals and walking around barefoot. I couldn’t believe what my feet looked like on the bottom. Oh my God! I could not get them to heal for anything. I bought a Dremel and that didn’t even help. It was actually too harsh. I bought this based on some reviews and I’m glad I did. Oh my gosh! Like the first time I use this it actually really really helped. So I used it two more times and I no longer have cracked heels. No more painful, jagged edges of skin catching on the carpet. No more bleeding. I have nice feet, but I can’t believe how bad they got from wearing this one pair of sandals all summer. Oh my gosh. I had this problem years ago when I was in junior high with a certain pair of boots that the insoles had worn off. They made my heels get really bad deep cracks. The kind that like never go away. It doesn’t take much to get my heels to crack. I’ve really sensitive skin. This thing really works. I’m glad I bought it. I just keep using it every couple of days and my heels are nice now. Really smooth. Put some lotion on my feet and they look great. I should’ve done before and after photos.

After reading all of the customers reviews, I decided to give the Probelle Double Sided Multidirectional Nickel Foot File Callus Remover a try. I took into consideration the fact that using this foot file could cause severe damage to my feet. I am delighted to say how pleased I am with the results. As recommended, I used the file on dry feet to gently manicure my cracked heels. My feet never felt so smooth, no soreness, no bleeding or skin catching on socks, blankets or sheets. It's extra sharp and for me it's the best foot file I have ever used. If your feet are sensitive this might not be the foot file for you!!!

REVIEWIING: Probelle Double Sided Nickel Foot File Callus Remover Multidirectional Ok. Here goes. What we have here is appears to be very high quality double sided file substrate, that is well imbedded in what appears to be a very high quality hunk of smooth plastic. Mine's teal, and for size reference, I placed it by my size 11 foot (pardon the compression sock) for a product image. The listing title states "safe tool". Not so fast. I used it on my feet this morning. I was smoothing away the calluses, dry skin and dead skin on my right foot and drew blood on my right big toe. To the touch, the course side feels sort of like 60 grit, and the other more like 100 grit, guessing. The files almost feel like glass grit. Not sure what it is but this is unlike any file I've used. I was being careful and really didn't feel a thing. Here in lies the issue. The devil is in the details. I'm 60, where high tension compression socks and do not have diabetes. What I do have is shins that look all beat up, water retention and blood pooling from my knees down. My ankles itch, my toes dry, the nails are thick and look horrible but doctor's say no fungus. I have minimal feeling in the tips of my toes. I guess I went beyond what was actually calluses as I smoothed away towards the nail bed. Honest to god, I felt nothing and the skin wasnt jagged. I was able to stop the bleeding fairly easily. I was just barely dragging it as I neared completion. I was being gentile. Yikes. Considering the number of people that have similar issues, the may want to put a safety warning on this product. The aggressive side will remove material rather quick but even the less aggressive side will rub you raw. Be very careful. If you have minimsl tough skin, the course may be way too aggressive, and even using the less aggressive side is risky. I'm keeping this tool, and like an idiot, I'll continue using this telling myself I'll be even more careful, but honestly, its nature of the beast. I mean, it feels like sharp shards of glass or something. Be very careful. I was, I felt nothing. I was lightly dragging it with no pressure and just like that, blood. The only reason I deducted the star is because this is a great product that fails to warn the ever luvin b-jesus out of you, the serious risk of injury.

I really like this. My heals had really heavy calluses. The typical cheese shredder type helped some, but sometimes it was too much, plus you have to soak your feet. With this, over several days, I was able to significantly remove the calluses without it being so much at one time that it caused irritation. Overall, a great product!

Let's face it... postpartum is hard. Self-care becomes limited. Even without kids, life is just difficult more and more. So life got busy and my heels/feet got crackly, dry, and scaly... gross. I felt self-concious and it hurt when dry skin would catch the carpet. My skin would rip. This foot file is a game changer. After one use, my feet feel soft again!!! As if I had my feet from college hahah Just as good as if you put on lotion weekly at a minimum. The size really nice and not too bulky. I loce that it is sturdy and thin and doeant bend. The nickel file is very strong and doesnt hurt the skin. My recommendation is NOT to overdo it. Anything too much, you can risk hurting yourself. Start with dry feet using the coarse side first and then finish with smoothing on the medium side. Then rinse under warm water and put lotion on the feet. Sooooo nice. Love this thing. It got more expensive since I last bought it, but I would be willing to but more as gifts for family and friends.

I've used several files for my feet. They're not really problematic, I just like them soft. This is easily the best file I've ever used. If you want soft feet with a file that's equally gentle and does the job, this is the one!

These work really well. I have them on subscribe and save. They are my favorite out of all the different ones I have bought. I use these as the go to and a rasp type if things get out of control like once a year.

I’ve lived with problematically dry heels. I’ve tried medical pedicures, spa pedicures, nothing really worked well and nothing I tried at home helped. I was blown away by the results. I usually don’t write reviews but I bought this based on the reviews and I just had to write one. It worked immediately and is so effective with so little effort that it’s actually something I’ll keep doing! Really recommend it over cheaper alternatives
