Why does this product advertise Mercury content?? Isn’t that unsafe?

The most recent lab results showed a very low concentration levels of mercury around 0.2 μg /L which are considered safe by World Health Organization and International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH). For comparison average blood mercury concentration level in those who do not eat fish is around 2 μg /L. You can if you prefer. I personally treat it like salt. It's mostly salt based and can be left out. Your preference.

How do I get a whole dropper full?

It says to take 3 droppers of 1/4 so don’t take the 3 droppers full just take 3 that are 3/4 full hope that helps
