Great rod so far, I’ll update otherwise
Had a minor defect with the rod when it arrived, customer service collected basic info and replaced it quickly! Would buy again. Even with the eye defect the first rod was functional, the replacement is perfect for the bay halibut I’m going for.

Seller needs to ship in protective tube!!!
Luckily the rod was ok, just a couple scratches since they delivered it with no protection whatsoever, not in a box/tube or at least bubble wrapped. Nothing, just a clear thin plastic. When i arrived at home it was on the floor. Horrible way to ship a fishing rod, don’t know what made the seller think it would be a safe thing to do. Other than that, 5 stars for the rod 0 stars for the seller that shipped it.
