Is it safe to use as a teething toy?

Yes, it’s advertised as a teething toy as well. We had no issues with it!

How good is the quality?

They have been used frequently and washed in the dishwasher and seem to be still in good condition after about 8 or 9 months.

What “stage” is this? Is it too big for a 6month old?

These are just a little on the bigger side which makes them a great fit for a child who is still teething and getting ready to transition into eating with cutlery - normally right around 6 months, though it will depend on the child:) The slightly larger size helps ensure a child can grow with them beyond the teething stage and develop their cutlery skills before moving on to a fork and spoon combo.
