CableWholesale 3ft Digital Video Camera USB Cable, USB Type A to Mini B, Black

Works more than prefectly well for a a USB A (on the PC/laptop side) to mini B (on the device side) cable. This piece once again proves there is no such thing like a bad-cheap-cable. In fact it is a very-very-good-cheap-cable. I got it for around $2.50 delivered, and it was delivered very well - both time-wise and packaging-wise speaking - for the price. It has been quitely doing its job for the past two days connecting my PC to a variety of peripherals inlcuding a backup USB drive, a garmin GPS, and a bluetooth wireless headset (for charging), and I do not have a single hitch to report. I am in the process of ordering couple more. It will be worthwhile however, to go through the quick USB cable guide which one of the other reviewers has posted. NOT KNOWING YOUR EXACT USB CABLE NEED CAN HURT. If things do go wrong with my cable in the near or some-what-distant future, I do plan to return and udpate my review!!

Since it is a digital cable, it either works or it doesn't. Mine cable worked! The seller I purchased the cable from must have made a pricing error, because I got my cable for 1 cent with free shipping. It even had a ferrite choke on one end. However, the cable had some sticky gunk on part of the cable, I don't know what it is. Washed it off and its good as new. Can't really complain for the price of 1 cent!

I needed to connect a device to my computer in order to register it and obtain updates. I was surprised that this critical piece of equipment was not included with the device but happy to find such a great price on a quality product that works. Thanks!

Great product and it still works for about 2 months now. I just bought it for my ti-83 calculator and it does the job

Was going to send it back but I don't think it is the product. I think it's me. First when I plugged it into my computer it did nothing. Then I tried it again the next day and it recognized my device and asked me to register it which I did. Then it told me I didn't have enough room to update the U.S. & Canada so I chose the lower 49. It looked like it was downloading but after a couple of hours I came back & there was an alert on the screen that I needed to connect my device. So I waited a day and tried it again. Same thing. I re-registered my device, chose the lower 49, looked like it was going great. Come back and same alert. So I decided to heck with it and just tried to use it. When I plugged it into the car the GPS said I didn't have any data. So now I am just waiting to get someone to help me with it. I was 50 years old before I got my first GPS and got along just fine with road maps & mapquest later. The cable was inexpensive & I can't honestly say there is anything wrong with it.

Only 2 things do I dislike about the PS3. 1. Can't play your own music in game on most games. 2. No USB ports on the back of the console. These cables are great for getting rid of long clutterous cables. Charge my phone, or ps3 controllers while watching movies/netfliks etc. ok, 3 things... I'd like to be able to save more than 1 wireless network setting so that when I bring my console back and forth to friends houses I don't have to enter it every single time.

THIS IS INCORRECT!!!)(see notes that follow) :"The length of the cable is about one foot not three. That was no big deal but it has already stopped working completely. If I could have given it less than one star, I would give it none. It worked great for the time it worked, then went kaput." First-I discovered much to my embarrassment that the cable was NOT at fault but my work computer was malfunctioing. I had already received the replacement (see comment below) so I was treated more that fairly even though I was the one at fault. When I complained initially, the seller immediately sent me a replacement at no cost and was extremely accomodating. I am DELIGHTED with the product and find it to be an excellent value. The seller is outstanding as well.

Radio shack wanted to sell this exact same thing for $22!! I'm glad i looked on amazon and spent less than $2. I don't mind waiting a week for shipping if its going to save me that much money. Works perfect. nothing wrong with it. i'm ecstatic with my purchase!
