We’re vegetarian/vegan ultralight backpackers always looking for solid lunch/salty options that aren’t just snacky crao. This was a very welcome addition. It’s not exactly weight conscious but it’s close enough and theyre so good. I like a few hot sauce packets with them.

I work as a mobile repair man, so I'm always on the hunt for shelf stable stuff I can leave in the car when I'm far from home. These leave very little in the bag when you squeeze em out, so no hands need to get dirty. That being said, if you are paying $3+ per, I think you'll feel ripped off. If you can find these for $2 or less per, you'll be happy with a cheap meal to tide you over to something more filling. Anything higher than $2 and you can probably just find a local lady selling tamales for cheaper. The flavors are all good, heat on rojo and verde are nice and light. Habanero is hit and miss, 2 were barely hotter than rojo, one was blistering, nose running hot.

Yummy and fresh. Great taste and packaging.

Do not buy these online. They taste terrible, the texture is bad. We buy these all the time at Sprouts and they are tasty, but when we ordered this pack online, they were all bad. They aren’t eligible for a refund either.
