Product is good perfectly fit for cannon 200D mark 2 but cannon battery charger is not supported to change. You should buy a digitek character for charge this and it doesn't shows exact charge level only show low and full charge.

This is a compatible battery and it does not charge with your original charger. I have ordered one on last month and they have supplied a fully charged battery. I just have checked only if the battery was working and found it well. After two weeks, I used this for a telefilm shoot; and put this for charging after the charge was drained-off. It was a shocking incident as the original charger doesn't support this battery. I could not finish the project on time and I returned this piece on the next day to amazon. I ordered a new battery at the same time, thinking the problem was just with this particular piece. This time I checked charging compatibility at the next moment of its receipt. It was showing the same problem and I realised the battery is not compatible for the original charger. Then I thought to purchase the charger being offered by Digitek and I received it today. It works well with this battery. Moreover, the charger supports the original battery too. REMEMBER, YOU NEED TO SPEND ANOTHER 600-700 BUCKS TO BUY ANOTHER CHARGER TO USE THIS BATTERY. Battery is working well, and the charge holding capacity is also seemed to be good at this moment. If you already have Digitek charger, it’s a worth-buy! (I’d have given 5 stars for “VALUE FOR MONEY” if it was compatible with the original charger)

Worest product not supported canon brand

Battery is not charging in my cannon charger, so requested for replacement. But there were no stock and its converted for refund. Its almost a month after collecting back the item, refund is not yet done.. If you cant refund, you just keep that money with you people as its a company share, build your company well and atleast start production of quality products..

Works almost as well as canons original battery . Canons original battery gives me about 250-300 pics on a full battery , the digitek battery gives me around 200-220 pics . Unfortunately it does not show an accurate battery indicator on the camera (battery may be low but it shows full on camera) . And it also cannot be charged using the original canon charger , you will have to buy digiteks charger which will cost extra . It would have been a four star review if these issues were mentioned in the description.

Quality battery backup is very good And value money

Battery does not work. The first charge went well. after that the entire problems starts. It does not charge with canon charger. So i got the company's charger. even with that it charges only 2 points event after an overnight charge. This is pure waste of money. The customer service adds to the woes. Since it is not returnable via amazon and one needs to connect directly with digitek. and there it just messes you up to get the right product. This brand is just plain looting money from customers. it the price is good for you for a one time use go with it. else skip.
