Hard!!!

Unfortunately tried buying again but issues with brexit. Full refund given by seller.I'll take this as a sign and move from amazon as most suppliers are in the UK. But will stay with original review below. Use this with cartuaba bark and find it helps with firmness. Seller excellent communication. Will order again.
