Most Excellent Chopper!!
This is by far the first chopper that I found that can chop a sweet potato! It also has different settings of thickness where other brands you do not get the option to create a thicker cut! The chopper is very easy to put together and it’s very quick and easy to use and best of all it’s extremely affordable! This is one product I will not ever be returning, but I definitely will be telling a lot of people about it! I’m very excited to be able to chop things in a quick safe manner without cutting my hands up! On a scale of one to 10 a total 10!!!!!

Hooray! My fingertips have finally found a mandolin that doesn't bite them.
Does a great job for thin slicing (potatoes, carrots, ginger). The julienne option produces slightly larger pieces than I would like, but that is not a deal breaker. Using the thinnest slicer option I can then easily manually slice ginger into very thin strips. Easy to setup. Tiny suction cups keep it from sliding on the counter. The included container fits securely under the blade and catches most of what is being sliced/julienned (a few of my bits of carrot went flying). Love the safety features.
