Zigbee for Windows 11 Homelab, Virtual Box and Hyper-V Home Assistant
Terrific, plugs right into Windows 11 and connects directly through Home Assistant ZHA. I use to virtualize HA through VirtualBox and USB pass through was easy plug and play, but using Hyper-V, with it’s lack of native USB pass-through, meant to get this BE9300 to work, you must use Zigbee2MQTT to pass the COMport to Home Assistant. I tried using USBipd to pass-through the usb port but HA kept disconnecting the bound-USB. Use the COMPort method, save yourself the headache. You can buy a PoE Zigbee dongle to avoid software solution but the difference in price is an additional $10-50, depending on which brand and shipping cost. This software work around is cheaper and works just as well.

PERFECT for Home Assistant
I run two of these, one zigbee and one matter over thread. Works absolutely perfect with my Home Assistant setup. I run an old mini pc and have no problem with 30+ zigbee devices. Easy to flash to w/e firmware you want with the Sonoff online firmware flasher (takes like 2 minutes!) and never failed me so far. I use mine upstairs and devices can be seen downstairs and in my garage. If you arent a power user get the plus (this one) instead of the max.

Great Product for Large Home Automation Project.
Awesome. Integrated easily. Pairs to devices without hassle. Good range. No issues with dropped connections. I have dozens of Zigbee devices connected and not signs of issues.

Works for my Zigbee setup on a Proxmox based Home Assistant install
Easy to use, works well with my Proxmox based home assistant setup and is quite stable. I appreciate that it comes with a USB extension cable to allow for installation without worrying about any noise from nearby devices. Very stable and easy to upgrade after you plug it in. wish it had a think for mounting it, otherwise it's great! Allows for my Zigbee setup to work!

Compact upgrade over the older SONOFF Zigbee dongle
I bought the SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus (EFR32MG24) for Home Assistant, and setup was straightforward. It paired immediately with Zigbee2MQTT and required no reflashing or troubleshooting—just plug it in and point Zigbee2MQTT at the correct serial device. Physically, this is a much nicer design than the older SONOFF Zigbee dongle with the large metal heatsink. The compact form factor is cleaner, runs cooler in practice, and takes up less space. It also happens to match the size and shape of new SONOFF Z-Wave USB dongles, which makes running both side-by-side a lot tidier. Range and reliability have been solid so far. I haven’t had any issues with device dropouts, and it’s had no trouble reaching Zigbee devices throughout my home. Pairing has been quick and consistent, and overall stability has been exactly what you want from a coordinator, quietly doing its job without needing attention. Build quality feels good for the price.

Excellent Zigbee device! Works flawlessly! Does NOT have option to replace antenna.
This is an extremely capable device... In fact, as far as signal, function, and general features, this is a 5 star device! If you need a Zigbee dongle, this is the one to get!!! Home Assistant? Get this one!!! Excellent device! It even comes with an extra USB cable to extend it away from your other antennas to avoid signal conflict. Now... my slight frustration with it is that I also tried to buy an extension antenna, which I presumed I could just unscrew the existing antenna off the SONOFF and replace it... IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU CAN'T REPLACE IT! The antenna on the SONOFF USB device is fixed permanently, so you cannot use another antenna (such as you would be able to with a typical WiFi dongle, which often have detachable antennas). The only option with this device is to use a USB extension cable (such as the one included) to move the dongle itself away from your other interfering signals. I didn't know if it was really fair to dock a star for this since the device itself is amazing... But I'm really surprised that SONOFF didn't provide a logical option here. As I said before, virtually every WiFi dongle out there with an antenna can screw-off to allow replacement antennas to be positioned. I was legitimately surprised that this one does not provide that option and I wish I checked more closely before I ordered an extension antenna for it. That little detail aside, I have ZERO complaints about the function of the device itself. It is a quality build and works absolutely perfectly... I may have been a little overkill in my attempt to get another antenna solution and, the good news is, I haven't needed the extension so far, so if you're looking for a Zigbee device, I don't know how many other options there are that are this good and just for the detail I mentioned, which may not even really be that essential (if at all). Still killing a star. I know, mean dude... Come on though SONOFF, it would only make you that much more awesome to allow extension and/or replacement options here.

Works flawlessly with Home Assistant.
Pros: I added this to my Home Assistant and it's working beautifully. It's been very stable over the past few months with not one discernable drop. For the price, it's a great value. Installation with Home Assistant was easy and having my Zigbee devices recognized has been consistent and smooth. I have this plugged into my Beelink EQ14 Mini PC and I have not noticed any negatives with power consumption or heat increase. Cons: none. If you're looking for a Zigbee dongle, especially for use with Home Assistant, this is great.

Bra produkt
