The real deal - fit my 2021 Wranger Ecodiesel without issue.
Looks like an oem product. Fit my 2021 wranger ecodiesel and 1,000 miles later, no issues. Take care to use a 6-point socket so as not to strip the plastic "bolt" head.

This is the REAL deal MOPAR OE
Genuine MOPAR at half the price of the dealer. LOOK People, If you do NOT oil the heck out of the BIG O-Ring on the housing, it WILL bind up when you attempt to tighten in down, your torque wrench will "click" and it will NOT be fully seated in the oil filter housing on the engine. OIL it!! Use a tooth pick to lift the BIG O-ring up and let the OIL get under it and then tighten it down and it WILL fully seat and will NOT leak. NOTE, if the filter you get does NOT have the MOPAR markings, it is NOT Genuine!! NOTE, even the OE filter is made in China. Do NOT accept non-OE.

Not OEM as advertised - see pictures
Bought this item from this seller in the past and they were OEM items at a great price. However last 2 items bought Oct 2022 were not OEM items (See attached pictures). The OEM item bought from the Dealership is on the right in all pictures. Note the poor plastic molding on the filter cartridge. You do not want this plastic to break off and block an internal oil passage. It could destroy your very expensive engine.

Ecodiesel oil filter
Bought them few times , have the mopar logo and box . Rubber O ring there , pretty satisfied ,way better deal then getting it at the dealership.
