Work great. One of the grease zerk fittings doesn’t work and I have to take the working one and swap it. Also I suggest adding a 1/4” shim to these off the post or your gate frame might contact the post when open. Also make sure to grease every 6 months. The hinge with a faulty zerk, started squeaking pretty bad cause I couldn’t get grease in there.

first time using these - I used butt hinges before and also bullet hinges - which are more of a pain to align. i mounted them on a piece of 2 " x 1/4 inch flat bar to get them lined up and then bolted the flat bar to the post . then just set the gate on it - easy peasy.

They are weld on hinges. Should not be painted. Had to strip paint before installing.
