I really like this mix. I tend to use a scoop to a large water bottle and will push it to two if I am working out heavily (XC MTB). Taste great, no after taste, and no stomach issues. Great product.

Great for hangovers and hydration

For running, hiking or cycling in the heat, or just working out hard in the gym, this product has been among the best we've tried. I'll be buying it again. It mixes easy, tastes good, and provides the fuel for longer-term endurance activities.

Tastes great, not weird or muted like so many others, and provides the right amount of carbs and sodium to fuel endurance events like marathons and triathlons (I've used it on any run longer than 20k and triathlon distances longer than olympic). On my second can now and will be ordering another.

Great quality product not only for endurance athletes, but any kind of athlete that could use some carbohydrates while working out. Flavour is very good and kind of "soft" in comparison to the famous G Sport Drink. Its very gentle on stomach and the quality/price ratio is awesome. I definetly recommend this product and will keep buying it for a long time.

It is rough, more recently it has been giving stomach issues that have been making me go #2 about 40 minutes into a run or giving me that uncomfortable feeling. Another thing is that it does not mix very well in the sense of the clumps are almost pre molded together.
