疲れが残らない気がします。便秘も解消されたし、夜も目を覚まさなくなりました。 これを飲み始めてからなので、このサプリのおかげかな？と もう少し飲み続けてみます。

自律神経のリラックスが足りないためマグネシウムを疑い購入。 体感わずかには楽になる気はしましたが、定期的に摂取+ナッツ類で過剰になり過ぎるとやはりマグネシウムなのでお腹がゆるくなります。(デカフェコーヒーも試していたのでどちらかが作用した可能性が高いです)

寝つきが良くても夜中に何回もトイレや物音に起きやすい。 これを飲んだから一回も起きなかった！ 睡眠の質を上げたいならおすすめ！

夜中に足がつる事があり、なお睡眠の質を上げれればと購入しました。 あちらさん製のせいか粒がやたらとデカい。 あと当然ながら書いてある文字も英語だけ。 他の人が二粒飲んでるって書いてあったので飲んでたんですが翻訳ツール使ってみたら1日3粒でした。 飲む量がすこし少なかったせいか分かりませんが効果もある様な無いような微妙？

Does what it should. Make sure you take with food or a full stomach with lots of water. This supplement provided all the benefits of a magnesium glycenate.

Very happy with this magnesium. I like that the serving is 3 100mg capsules. I can alter the amount taken to supplement my diet.

I take a glass of water an hour before taking it, eat a handful of walnuts with a small bowl of blueberries, then the magnesium. Works for me to get to sleep.
