If you are familiar with Under Armour compression t-shirts, then this one is like that but even tighter. I bought Large and am 5'9 1/2" and muscular build. I'll keep it as it might come in handy as an undershirt for running or Mountain biking where it's tightness might be suitable as a base layer. Wouldn't recommend it for work as it's way too tight. 3 stars because the quality is excellent but it should be described as 'Compression shirt' and not as 'Fitted shirt'. as an
