Paslode 219235 F350 Power Master Plus Repair Kit

The seals were shot on my 20+ year old framing nailer. Used this kit to rebuild the nailer and is now working like new. Would buy again.

All of the seals in this kit matched up with the ones that I removed. Nailer works good after rebuilding. The only issue that I had was the paper gasket to seal where the end cap bolts onto the rear of the nailer was leaking. I ended up re-using the old gasket, which was thick rubber. Otherwise, kit worked as intended.

There were easy to follow instructions. You can even match up the O rings that you are replacing with the instructions. Very easy to rebuild my nail gun.

The sizing of many of the o-rings in this kit seemed to large. For instance, the ones for the large piston did not require any stretching at all, and you could effortlessly "bunch them up". I was a little surprised it is not problematic. The kit does come with a thick silicone lubricant, and it returned my borrowed FS350S to flawless operation. (I believe the crusty / cracked yellowish (Nylon?) molded ring was what caused the tool to intermittently allow tons of air to bypass out the vent.) I only marked it down because of my gut feeling is that the o-ring fittment will be the culprit of a premature failure.

Perfect! Fixed up my old gun good as new. Needed to buy snap ring pliers, but other than that it was very easy. Comes with instructions and grease. Saved me about $75 on the shop repair and took me less than half an hour.

the kit was basically ok, but one of the o-rings in my kit seemed to be a little bit too large. i had trouble installing it properly, and it did not seat satisfactorily. i ended up having to replace this new o-ring with the old one, and everything works fine now. (yes, i did match each new ring with the old ring, so i did not screw up the re-build that way. the directions included were very helpful in this respect.)

It worked perfect.

Would have been 5 stars if it was a genuine paslode repair kit but its after market parts. And also on the expensive side for a few o rings. But all the pieces needed were there and my gun was working after an easy tear down and reassembly so I cant complain.
