These are brilliant. I wish Iโd found these years ago, they make hanging heavy items so much easier.

Price and quality
My walls are terrible, no matter how many Screws with wall plugs I have used none stayed in ,well that was until I bought these. There tightly in the wall so hopefully when I put up my coat rail it will actually stay up. Only time will tell. Good quality for the price.

Good fixing
I've just used 3 of these to attach an old (fairly weighty) 32 inch TV on a cantilever bracket to a 25mm insulated dot and dab wall. I reckon I'm spanning at least a 40mm gap not including the 12.5mm plasterboard. I'm a little apprehensive whether or not they will hold for any length of time as it does say on the packet they they aren't ideal for cantilever loads for obvious reasons. As I'm spanning such a large gap, I unfortunately missed the hole in the bricks and the first plug snapped fairly easily, which was a little concerning but the other 3 I was more careful with and they went in with no issues. I can't really see why if there is approx 40/45mm of plastic plug in the wall, and the screw is expanding the plug into the brick work correctly why these won't hold efficiently. I guess time will tell, I'll just make sure not to sit underneath it for too long.

Anchor system for plasterboard and tiled walls
Perfect for hanging bathroom units on a dot and dab plasterboard wall with tiles on, without adding stress to the tiles I must admit I was sceptical but these where the best option amongst others out there, but after using them I will 100% be using these again. I can't comment on the quality of the drill bit as I used my own, but to include it is a nice touch.

120mm screws, 100mm rawplug.
Decent product but be mindful that these are 120mm screws that come with a 100mm rawplug. Corefix explained that this is to allow for a thicker bracket, but, if like me, you need a rawplug that is 120mm deep, due to the thickness of the insulated plasterboard for example, then this is not the product for you.

Peace of mind for dot and dab walls
Modern houses suffer from dot and dab construction of internal walls. Once upon a time things were solidly made where you could just drill your wall, put in a wall plug and away you go. Not so with heavier objects you wish to attach to your walls nowadays ie. tv on a flexible arm or wall mounted tv... you get the idea. This is where these Corefix fasteners are vital as they give peace of mind that anything attached by way of these fixings are solidly and effectively affixed. They bridge the gap between the plasterboard and breeze block making a sturdy bridge for anything screwed to it. They are not cheap but are a great solution for dot and dab walls and above all are secure. Full recommendation.
