HARD WAX GONE!! FRESH EARS RESTORED!!
Every few years i get a real full feeling in my ear and it just get worse as time goes on. I had a painful experience with a doctor manually removing wax from ear when i was a teen. Never again! So anyway a few years back, I bought some device called the master blaster but i remember it was really expensive but at the time i was just desperate. That definitely removed the blockage which was about the size of a jolly rancher. So I have some experience with this scenario. Unfortunately the tip of that device broke and so i was unable to use it again. I was disappointed that the product broke and that I had spent a lot of money but at least the massive wax was removed. I'll never forget that experience.... that wax was almost a perfect square like a jolly rancher... the horror... So I get this elephant ear spray bottle because of the reviews here and at first when i got it I thought it wouldn't be strong enough. I started thinking about that fat syringe i used before. But the elephant ear came through! It was nice and soothing. Now this time, I wasn't suffering as much as I was a few years ago but I move my jaw and i just know there's something in my ear. I just know there's a nasty surprise there growing and I can not stand it. So I went to the sink and filled the elephant spray bottle with warm water. screwed the tube on tight, screwed on an attachment. Place the end of the ear attachment just inside left my ear. not too deep and i sprayed and it felt great!! Now I did this over the sink and i looked down and THERE IT WAS!! It was a hard crusty little MF. YAUCK!! 2 more hard ones popped out. I thought yeah they were conspiring to become bigger and badder but i foiled their plan of evilness. I know the game. I know how it works. So yes this spray bottle works. For those who think its not going to be enough pressure. When you get the water all up in the ear and you keep spraying, everything fills up and the flushing begins. This is more than enough. You don't need some stupid high power device like I found someone on you tube using a water pik??? LIKE WOW REALLY? Go ahead and mess your ears up. Your ear canal is delicate and your hearing is important. Don't do something to damage your ear drums. Anyway, if the warm water over and over doesn't get it done with this device, make a peroxide/water solution and use that through the bottle. What causes this hard ear wax? Honestly....I'm being honest because I am guilty of these things so i know better... Using q-tips inside the ear but it feels so good diggin for that gold but honestly its so wrong. ITS WRONG just throw away the Q-tips! By manual removal of wax with q-tips, you could be telling your body to generate more WAX and then it becomes a cycle. What's worse is that you are actually helping create the hard impacted wax by using the q-tips in the first place because for whatever wax you see that you remove with the Q-tip there will always be some left in the ear that gets pushed up and that compounds like interest over time, like our national debt! There is just no way around it. Also not drinking enough water in the day can also cause funky tough ear wax. I've read getting older, your ear wax will capture more skin and hair. Ear wax is really good for us. Its there for a reason. If you think u grow too much of it. Flush your ears out with this device and just chill out on using q-tips. Let your body get used to regulating the wax. I would not use the elephant flusher daily. Maybe once a month or maybe even once every 2 months or if u feel the blockage coming. Personally, I just don't want to interfere with the natural body process so much. Just my thoughts. Anyway if that doesn't work, then you need to see a doctor or maybe change your diet. Well I tell ya, its been over an hour since I washed my ears with this product and my ears are mostly drained out and I feel freshness! Good Luck kids!

It works great.
I was skeptical. I used debrox for a few days. I left in about 5 drops for 30min once a day. Then about 4 or 5 days later used very warm water, and mixed with about 1/4 of the bottle, 50% alcohol to flush out my right ear. It was hard to hear and had a medium loud ringing sound (for actually about a year). I didn't know wax would make it worse. The tinnitus now is barely there in quiet rooms. I just set up a little t.v. tray (a table would work too) and set a plastic bowl on the table and set the spray bottle (to the right of the bowl) on the table. With my left hand I positioned the tip a little (about a half an inch) into my right ear canal. Then with my right hand squeezed the spray trigger. I positioned my head over the bowl. I pointed my right ear down so the water dripped in the bowl. I was looking sideways to the left. This was comfortable to do. Also I put a towel on my right shoulder and tucked it under my sweater. A little tip is point the tip at the top of your ear canal and don't put it in far into the canal. Also start slow. I notice if you spray hard it can be too harsh and loud with a little too much power at least for me. I know it's safe but I am careful. So I notice if you start slow then do fast half squeezes to give a continuous flow it is gets a lot of water without being super loud and hitting the eardrum with a blast of water directly. If you take a break and stop the flow of water then start over the same way with a slower squeeze then quickly doing half squeezes to keep a continuous flow of water. Half squeeze=I mean you only squeeze down the trigger about halfway- maybe a little more. If I did half squeezes I noticed I could squeeze as fast as I wanted without hurting my eardrum or getting too loud. You will know when to stop. For me the wax/skin came out pretty quickly. I kept spraying for good measure but I noticed my eardrum sounded like a real drum or like tight plastic wrap. I thought I can hear well, wax came out and my ear drum sounds, feels clean, I'm done. If for some reason I feel more wax or can't hear good I flush again. Don't use Q-tips; they pack in wax. Actually don't stick anything in your ear, except for flushing. Just clean the outer ear canal with a wet towel in between flushes. I guess flushes will be as needed. Well I should mention, I am 42 and basically a snake came out of my ear. It only took about a minute. First a little softened wax came out, then a 3" long thing of thin skin came out. It looked like a snake had shed in my ear. My hearing is much better and the tinnitus so much better. A weird and crazy story which led me to this product. I was coming home and at the doorway a moth literally quickly flew into my left ear. It freaked out and went deep into my ear. I freaked out too and poured water in my ear to kill it or flush it. It died in about a minute. I didn't want it to damage my eardrum. Alcohol would have killed it faster. I went to the E.R. it took a long time to flush out the moth. The doctor even doubted there was a moth in there. The alligator tweezers didn't work and hurt a little. After about ten minutes or so of hardcore flushing, out came the moth, minus a few legs. They saw a lot of wax in my ear, which also probably had a few moth legs stuck in it. They put debrox in my ear and left it for a half hour; then went blasting my left ear with hard flushing (with a water filled syringe and a thin tube attached to the tip) to get that ball of wax out. The ball of wax was about the size of a dry cranberry or bigger and had a few bug legs and some skin attached. I was more disgusted of my wax meatball then seeing the dead wet moth in a plastic tray. So long story even longer, everyone (who has no damage to their eardrum- if you are in doubt get a dr. to look inside your ears) who has wax buildup maybe from allergies or genetics, or some other weird reason like a bug in their ear should get this product so you don't have to spend hours in an E.R. or doctor's office letting people flush your nasty ears out. By the way it was a great feeling to clean out my ears and hear better. Also, the plastic tip that went into my ear canal looked fine after use, so I just washed it real well and saved it.

It's like an enema for your ears
OMG, I cannot contain my excitement over this product. Let me make this clear from the start; BUY THIS $30 BOTTLE BEFORE GOING TO A DOCTOR AND SPENDING $99+. I thought about buying this months ago, but some of the negative reviews scared me a bit. So I put it off. I knew I had some ear gunk but it wasn't bothering me too much. Yesterday, it got really bad and I got in the ocean and that was the end. BOTH my ears were clogged and I couldn't hear! I was able to unclog my left ear, but my right would not get clear. I tried everything; peroxide, ear drops, blowing the pressure by holding your nose. The hand suction thing just made it hurt more, there was so much pressure in it. I gave it until today, hoping I'd wake up and it would maybe clear itself. Nope that wasn't the case. I was going to go into a minute clinic because they will do it, I don't need to try to wait to see a doctor, but its $100. Just to clean your ears! So I went back to amazon and looked at this product. Yes, it is kind of overpriced, $30 for a spray bottle. And if it doesn't work for you (not sure why) then yes the $30 seems like a low ROI of cost to benefit. But if it works for you, like it did for me, $30 is cheaper than $100 one time, with this I can use it over and over. I ordered this thing and it offered same day delivery (because I was up so early because I couldn't sleep) and I couldn't wait so I did that. I waited impatiently all day, it finally came at 7pm. METHOD: I filled 3/4th with WARM water, then put 1/3 with peroxide. I was a little nervous to be honest. I did this shirt off over the bathtub. No sink would be enough. Not even 1/2 a bottle later, maybe on the 5th squirt or so, BAM, stuff started coming out. Then finally the big ball. Then another one. I waited a few seconds for the fizzing and rest of it to drain out of my ear, and I could hear!!! I kept going, some more little bits came out. So then I figured what the heck, I'll do my left ear too. I am not 100% sure but I don't remember seeing it in the tub before I cleaned my left ear, but an even BIGGER ball came out from my left ear! I mean when you see yours they look like little bugs or something, they are so big and compacted. So it must have been like years of buildup. Like how an enema clears years of gunk from down there, this cleans your ears of tons of wax you probably didn't know or were aware was affecting you. HEARING: At first as I was washing my head under the tub (i got stinky peroxide water all over my face and arm), I was like, ok the 'supersonic hearing' is probably just bologna. Well it wasn't until I was drying off I was like WTF is that sound haha. The sound of the towel wiping against my skin sounded like... scratching grass turf or something. I mean that in a good way! It was so weird. I can hear my AC running in the distance. The way to describe it is as if someone turned the Treble on the stereo all the way up. Everything just sounds so crisp! It's like relearning how to hear. Almost as if I haven't heard this good since birth or something. CLEANING: I put some rubbing alcohol in the bottle, sprayed most out, then added warm water and continued to spray it out and swirl it around inside the bottle to give it that gag inducing but clean smell. I am now letting it air dry. ALSO, I didn't learn this until after I used it and was cleaning it, the amount of pressure depends on how fast you are using it. I noticed as I was trying to squirt it fast like any regular water bottle while cleaning it was very low pressure. If you wait just like a second between each pump, it gives it more force. This should be helpful in cleaning the gunk from your ears if you say it doesn't have enough pressure. Because I definitely thought it wouldn't have enough either. SO from the time of placing my order, to curing my ailments, to writing this review its been only 13 hours. SO A+ to amazon for same day shipping, and A+ to this product. This is the longest review I ever wrote here. Now for MY yucky photo proofs!

Removed a lot of gunk, but couldn't get it all
I frequently get a clogged left ear as a result of wax build up. A week prior to my purchasing this product my ear clogged up again. After a week of trying hydrogen peroxide to loosen things up (which did, in fact, loosen things up, but did not remove anything), I made this purchase based upon the great reviews. While $30 may sound like a high price tag, this bottle does have nice features that set it apart from "just a $1 spray bottle". The spray handle on the bottle is great quality (so you can consistently control how powerful you want your stream), and the special elephant tube is very convenient for spraying into the ear. The tips you use to insert into the ear are a very soft plastic...very comfortable, and yet rigid enough to keep them aimed where you want them. Some of the older reviews also noted that they were disappointed in a lack of directions that came with a blue card. My bottle came in a special zip lock-type bag with basic directions and amounts to use for the solution (I believe it said 9 parts warm water to 1 part distilled vinegar). So after I read all the directions, I mixed up the solution per the directions. The sprayer is a little intimidating at first, but the nice thing about the spray handle is that you can easily control the power and amount of water you spray with each squirt. I started out slowly with the tip just barely in my ear. A few quirts and I started to get more and more comfortable with it and eventually inserted the tip all the way in and started squeezing close to full power. The first bottle's worth of solution took out a few tiny pieces of wax. After the second bottle, things really started improving. I had maybe 3 pinky finger sized chunks (with several smaller pieces) that came out. After the 3rd bottle, I could certainly hear a little better and the wash felt refreshing, but the wax stopped coming out. I could tell there was more in my ear, but no matter how hard I tried, the rest just wouldn't come out with the sprayer. So I strengthened the solution...smaller ratio of water and a higher ratio of vinegar (along with some isopropyl alcohol and hydrogen peroxide mixed in...all heated to 90 or so degrees). By bottle 6 no more came out. That was the point where I decided to give up. I re-filled the bottle with room temp isopropyl alcohol, gave it a few squirts in my ear to rinse both my ear and the sprayer, and dried my ear out with a blow dryer. While I certainly do not doubt the magic of the Elephant Ear (as I do believe it worked very well for a lot of people on here) it just did not completely remove all my build up, 6 bottles later. Although not totally clear in my ear, the Elephant Ear did in fact remove a good amount of build up, it was painless, easy to do, felt good, and improved my hearing a bit which is why I still plan to keep the product and also why I am giving it 4/5 stars.

Great tool for stubborn ear wax
I’ve had this for a few years now. It has been the ticket to get rid of unwanted ear wax. It’s very easy to use, comes in a nice plastic bag with replacement tips. I am still using the original tips so it’s definitely built to last.

Doctor Disapproved: Dangerously Unsafe, Even If Used Correctly
I'm sorry to have to say this but this product, which is very much like the one they use in doctor's offices in appearance, is actually different and is, therefore, dangerous when used as directed by this company and should not be used as instructed, or possibly at all. I will attempt to explain. Using correctly, with additional wax dissolving treatment first, only climbing to half pressure at most, the pressure of this only pushed the plug against the eardrum causing intense ear pain and a headache unlike any I've had short of a migraine, without actually being a migraine. This product had me at the doctor's office where it was explained to me that, yes, they use one like this on people and, a resounding NO, they would never use one of these to remove a plug. This type of apparatus, like a bulb, is meant to lubricate and deliver hydrogen peroxide to help loosen plugs. After a gentle use, they use a long tip tweezer type device to remove the bulk of the solid plug, if it is a large plug, and then they use this again to rinse wax, and again, with hydrogen peroxide or a debrox type chemical. Very gentle pressure is all that is needed once a fixed plug is removed, even if a smaller loose plug remains. These devices, when used to remove a fixed plug by flushing, will often push the plug deeper against the eardrum causing, at best nothing harmful, causing in the middle, the terrible pain I had and, causing at worst, a ruptured eardrum. Please use this only for removal of loose debris and never if a plug is suspected. Don't hurt yourself to avoid a trip to the doctor. I hate going as much as anyone, truly, but, it isn't worth the risk. If I'd ruptured my eardrum and pushed a plug partially inside or simply exposed what is behind the membrane to the bacteria in the plug, I'd have required antibiotic treatment for weeks, while the eardrum resealed itself, to ensure that nothing infected the vestibular components situated in a protected space behind the eardrum. (The vestibular system is what allows your body to balance itself and feel, physically, balanced and, if you damage the system via infection, you end up with profound dizziness and nausea for the rest of your life. Forget driving, you're lucky if you can walk with that syndrome, at its worst and, at its best, no cars and no escalators, even in one ear only.) If you use this, please be very careful, use it at a very low pressure and never anything over a very slow squeeze of the handle, and don't use it on children as their eardrums are more fragile and they have not consented with knowledge of all of the risks that you have approved for yourself. Good luck.

Works!
Expensive for a spray bottle but it does work well and saves a trip to the doctors office.

It works. But know you gotta be aggressive
Yes it does get gunk out. But figuring out the good mixture of hydro peroxide to water ratio is going to be the tricky part. Sadly my ear was backed up I had to get a clinic to do the same thing but it was more intense as it was needed. They used the same product actually but once again the correct amount of mixture is important and I now again have HD hearing lol

Elephant Ear Washer Bottle System
This is incredible! Every couple of years my ears get blocked and normally I'd use ear drops for a few days and when they don't work I'd end up making an appointment with the local nurse to have them syringed. This washer bottle has produced the same results at home. Filled the bottle with warm water, screwed the little nozzle onto the end and inserted the end just past the opening of my ear canal. I went slow at first but used more and more force as i got used to the feeling. I used a whole bottle of warm water on each ear and got an M&M size piece of wax plus some debris from each ear. I now have HD hearing. It's like someone has turned up the treble on the world. Everything is so much clearer now. I really recommend this if you have waxy or a blocked ear.
