No on /off switch is a pain.. handset sparks electric currents.. very uncomfortable.. not sure if it works... overall not as advertised on tv...

Seriously? This is a joke.I have used it daily for now 7 weeks, a week more than the time-length stated in order for this product to show results. Plain and simple, It hasn't worked. I am 39 with slightly droopy eyelids that are starting to show signs of ageing my dropping. I have used it like crazy, according to the instructions on the DVD . It has done nothing whatsoever. Not even by 10%. I think it's a gimmick so don't waste your money. Apart from zapping out a few zits, it hasn't done much else. I am not a very wrinkly person, so wouldn't be able to comment on the wrinkle side of things, however, if it hasn't managed to tighten a pari of slightly droopy eyelids, I highly doubt it'll diminish wrinkles.

Not up to my expectations, I think the advertising for this product has been over rated. It does not produce satisfactory results.

I bought this from Amazon years ago after watching several infomercials for the device. I had a suspicion that claims about the device were bogus and I was just another sucker who was parted from their money. Imagine my surprise when I actually saw results! I see the biggest difference in the drooping skin under my eyebrows. As we get older, everything starts to sag--no matter how good our skincare routine is. After treating one eye, the puffy hood of skin above the eyelid is noticeably tightened and the eyebrow is higher/more lifted than the untreated eye. The effect remains for several hours. Cheekbones appear somewhat more defined, and the drooping at the corners of the mouth is a bit improved as well. I also see results around the jawline, but the main problem with my full jowls is caused by being too heavy. There's only just so much improvement you'll get in that area when you're overweight. However, I'll take any improvement I can get. I don't use the serum that came with this set. I use a lot more pressure than is shown in the tutorial, so I slather on a heavier emollient cream to allow the device to easily glide across the skin. I also use the device at its highest setting around the eyes (setting "9" rather than the recommended setting "1") and I think this gives me more dramatic results. Here are some disclaimers for those of you expecting miracles: Nothing is going to miraculously improve the look of your skin if you don't consistently take care of it. I get so tired of people writing negative reviews about devices or makeup after trying it one time and being disappointed that they don't look 20 years younger immediately or that makeup looks dry or crepey on their skin. You can often tell by their comments that they don't religiously care for their skin. I will be 57 this month, but I look like I'm in my early 40's (some say mid- to late-30s) because I have found truly effective skin care lines (Skinn Cosmetics and Baetea serums) and I follow an intense skin care routine--twice a day, every day. (If your skin has a tough, weathered or aged layer or is parched and dry, slathering on ANY makeup product won't hide this.) Using this device, I don't see a lot of difference in skin texture, but I do see a notable difference in the firmness of the skin--less sagging. The more you use the device, the better the results--the results aren't permanent. When I forget about using it, sagging and puffiness return. Nice looking skin takes commitment. For me, this device helps fight the sagging and puffiness that naturally occurs as skin ages in ways that good skincare cannot. Since I can't afford regular treatments from an esthetician and wouldn't dream of cosmetic surgery, I'm thrilled to get results with my sagging skin issues from the Dermawand. J'ai 42 ans, et à cette age on a les paupières qui s'alourdissent, des poches sous les yeux qui ne partent plus, les pores de la peau qui se dilatent et l'ovale du visage qui commence à faire la grimace. Pas top. J'ai donc acheté le Dermawand tout en me disant qu'il n'y aurai pas de miracle. En effet, je n'ai pas retrouvé mes 20 ans mais cependant en une seule semaine, j'ai constaté: Les pores nettement moins dilatés et qui se ressèrent jours après jours La paupière du haut qui se défroisse, donc un contour de l’œil plus frais. Rides et ridules qui sont moins profondes, vraiment! Les poches sous la paupière du bas qui disparaît, donc un regard moins bouffi. L'ovale du visage qui se redessine petit à petit. Même les sillons nazogéniens s'atténuent. Je l'utilise tous les jours (5 à 8 minutes) dans ma chambre et pas à la salle de bain, l'appareil n'aime pas les salles d'eau. Il est gradué de 0 à 8 et je l'utilise au niveau 5. Pour faire un teste, je le passe sur une main et pas l'autres. Et bien j'ai une main plus lisse que l'autre. J'invente rien. Par contre pour ce qui est du sourcil relevé comme dans la pub, ça c'est juste du marketing. Oui, je recommande cet appareil.

I have been getting facials over a year o try to improve my complextion. I tried everything on the market and didnt anything that really made a difference for very long. I have these little rocks that keep surfacing on my face. No matter how many facials I have had along with using only oil free products nothing gave me a clear smooth face. I noticed tha the lady who did my facial would roll this electrod ball on my face at the end of the facial. So I did some research online and found info about the Derma Wand. I got it on Amazon for $99 + no shipping which was cheaper than continuing to have facials done. On top of it 30 day free trial!! After the first time I used it, the next morning I could see a difference in my face. It was not lumpy looking anymore it was smoother and had a nice sheen to it. The "rocks" would surface quicker on my face with easy removal. I used it all over my face like the booklet says to do and after a week even my husband looked at me as we were waiting at the airport and said 'you face looks so nice and smooth". Just to add more I had deep creases between my eyes along with the jowl lines around my mouth that I just hated!!! Not kidding when I say they are barely there anymore. It may not work for everyone but it did for me which is a first. I have bought so many products over the years just to be let down and disappointed but this wand works for me. It is worth every penny to try this product especially with the 30 day free trial. I am sold on this product and will continue to use it everyday. By the way I am 53 and feel beautiful again because of the Derma Wand.
