Does this have the connections on the back for heated mirrors?

This is a non-heated mirror, so there are no connections. This product is glass only, without any plastic backing mount. It uses adhesive pads for installation.

does this just stick on to existing glass?

No. It does not. This is to replace an existing broken glass. There will be adhesive pads that you stick this with. Check the mirror diagonal measurement before you buy it.

Will auto-dimming still work??

No. This exactafit product will install over the existing glass. Auto dimming, over time, will discolor, and this is a replacement, but has no auto-dimming.

Does it fit for the 2013 bmw 528i xdrive passenger side or no?

First thing you need to check is if the shape of your side mirror matches the shape on our images. Then you need to check the diagonal measurement. Top left corner to bottom right corner should measure 7-1/2". If these two things checks out, then yes, you can use this as a non heated replacement glass without backing plate. .
