The first few doses felt great. Then it felt terrible soooo…. I guess not for me. I’ve had similar reactions to other products containing Acetle sooo… maybe not the carnatine at all

I got these for my mother but tried a few, myself. They made me feel hungry and a bit sleepy, so I think how one might feel depends on the time of day they're taken and if they're taken with food or not.
