Great teething toy. My baby was premature and low birth weight (born 4 weeks early weighing 4lb 7oz) and other teething toys I'd tried with him were too big to fit comfortably in his mouth for him to chew. He's now 4 months old and the matchstick monkey is the perfect size for him. The monkey's arm parts make it easy for him to hold himself - other toys were too big and chunky and he would keep dropping them. My baby seems to really like his matchstick monkey. It's a bonus that it's also a cute toy, and a nice bright colour (although as you can see in the photos I've added, it's not the bright shade of green pictured in the listing, but the shade of green shown in the image in the item description further down the page). The material is also ideal - firm enough to provide relief to sore gums, but soft enough to be comfortable. It's convenient that it's dishwasher safe as it's easy to clean. I've had this in my basket on Amazon for a while but hadn't gone ahead with the purchase because close to £10 seemed very expensive for a teething toy, but I'm glad that I bought it in the end. It would be useful if it came with some kind of pouch or case to keep it clean between uses rather than just throwing it into the changing bag. I take Tommee Tippee teat and soother wipes in the changing bag so that I can give it a quick clean. UPDATE: my baby will be 8 months old next week and his Matchstick Monkey is still one of his favourite things - he uses it daily and we take it everywhere we go. Great purchase.

These are great for babies to hold as they are the perfect size. Easy to clean and sterilise. Always recommend them. Mine both loved chewing the feet 🙈 quality of the product is worth it and they look nice.

I’m very happy with this purchase. My daughter started using it at around 4 months and immediately took to it, she keeps playing with it and chewing every part of it, although she definitely prefers the back of the monkey’s head. Because it’s small and very light, she often throws it off, so I attach it to a pacifier chain to keep it within her reach. The loop arms make it extremely easy for her to grip, and the silicone is flexible, soft, and feels good quality. The small size surprised me at first given the price, but it’s actually perfect for tiny hands. I also like that you can put it in the fridge for soothing gum relief , it really helps during teething discomfort. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t discolour after sterilising or washing. I’ve discussed this teether with other mums, and they all find it useful and recommend it as an essential purchase for babies who are starting to teethe. I also love the colour , it’s easy to spot. Overall, it’s a bit pricey, but worth buying, especially if your baby is beginning to teethe. My daughter really enjoys it, and it has become one of her favourite teething toys.

Whilst everyone knows and swears buy the teething giraffe I feel the Matchstick Monkey is a much better design and has been easier for our baby. It's got multiple grip and bite points so can easily be guided into the mouth by young ones no matter how they pick it up vs a long giraffe. Its got various textures also in the smooth arms / legs / tail and then the brush head for gums. Recommended

I love this, but our baby just is not interested in using it. I think the design is really cute and I love that it’s antimicrobial, but my daughter refuses to use it. She’s been teething recently and I offered it to her with some teething gel applied, but didn’t help unfortunately. hopefully, she will start using it eventually?

Lovely little chew toy. Smaller than expected but thats fine. Rubber feel to it. Can get grimey easily but easily washed. Not sure why its pricer than other chew toys as its nothing fancy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

1人目の子供の時に使用。 🍌の形をしたものや🐥の形をしたグローブ状のもの等色々ありましたが、母子共に1番のお気に入りでした。 🍌は皮が目に刺さりそうで怖く使用頻度が低く、🐥はグローブ状になってるので子供が自ら握れるわけもなくすぐに落としていました。🐒さんは軽く、握りやすく、目に刺さる心配もなかった。赤ちゃん認識しやすい色(青を使用)なので好んで使う事が多かった様に思います。因みに🐥はベージュでした。 今回はオレンジ色を購入。 気に入ってくれるとか嬉しいです

Great for teething! Not only is there a toothbrush head for them to use against their gums when irritated but you can also apply the teething gel on there for them too and with the ridges it’s disrepute’s evenly. The entire thing is chewable, the colours are nice and bright. I pop mine in the freezer over night so that when needed it’s also cold.
