Have had a bad knee for years and figured I had gotten to the point where I couldn't put off the replacement any longer. I was wrong. I hadn't had a good night's sleep in several days. Put this on and "slept like a baby". I only apply at bedtime and it works well the entire next day. The smell isn't overpowering, it goes on well, dries fast, and most importantly it keeps my pain better than tolerable. Granted I'll have to replace the knee one day, but not today! Review: Works fantastic - I love this stuff. I use it just about everywhere, wherever I have pain or muscle cramps. While the lidocaine alleviates the pain, the menthol cools it.

Works fantastic

Effective
I've tried several roll on pain relief products. I found Stop Pain to be most effective for extended pain relief.
