Beautiful book!
The student I purchased it for loved it. He is a bit advanced and he loves to read. I felt he would benefit because of his enthusiasm for learning new things.

Easy to use
Immediately noticed it does not have a lot of words. My seven-year-old was looking up. Otherwise, I think it is well put together and the photos when a child is paying attention will be able to find words easily.

A good book to start kids with as a DICTIONARY with pictures.
This was something i knew our grandsons would need for the work in their school and at home. Their parents hadn't gotten it and I was glad to help the boys understand it. I helped my grandson with his homework one night and had to explain what some of the words meant in order for him to understand the work sheet. I realized a dictionary would have helped but I didn't want a plain old dictionary with words and no pictures. My older daughter got this for her son's years ago and they are now 28 and 25 so I knew it would hellp my younger grandsons 7 and 10. they were excited getting it for xmas as a Big boys sort of present-- even though they were among the toys too. Our older grandsons mentioned they had that book too when they were in school- making the younger boys feel like BIG GUYS!!!

Helps with reading
I sit with my 5 year old and let her pick the letter and word she wants to read out loud to work on her vocabulary and reading! So helpful expanding her knowledge! It’s perfect for reading time!
