The jacket material is thick, bright color, and very soft on the inside. The stitching is solid. I ordered a medium and it was huge. I'm very short and so I didn't reduce the stars based on that. In fact the reason why I gave this 5 stars is because of their customer service. They were responsive and offered to send me a jacket of the right size. Some of the brands on Amazon are a pain, but this brand the quality was good and even though the sizing chart was off their customer service was awesome.

I absolutely love this jacket. It is warm and cozy and fits like a glove. However please pay attention to the US sizes next to the s,m,l,etc. I am a size 4 and I got a large because of all the reviews. It runs very very small. The Large is equivalent to a size 6.

It is warm and soft and I didn't need to wear a coat over it and it is 27 degrees F out. The only reason it didn't give it 5 stars is because the blue was more of a teal color. Don't get me wrong, I like the teal and it goes with the pants I bought to wear with it, but it was not the blue color I ordered. Also it is true to the size chart. I could of gone with a large but by getting the xl, I have some room for layers underneath.

I'm a 34B. I bought this hoodie in black/grey years ago when I was bigger. It lasted me for years until it got too big since I shrunk. Came back and ordered the blue/gray. Not quite as pretty in the picture. I sold my black and grey one years ago but from what I recalled it felt thicker than this one. The one that came was nice quality and soft. I was disappointed to find out the xs fit like a small. I was hoping for something tight and snug. Had to return sadly.

Does not fit. I ordered a 5x and it’s more like a 2x thank goodness it fit my daughter it’s a very nice coat but it is sized way too small

It runs slightly smaller than expected. The zipper is flimsy. The inside is soft and it does have the inside of the sleeves covered with the same soft faux fur. It is stiff, I'm hoping it will loosen up after it's washed. It also had a smell like dog flea treatment. I'm hoping after it's washed the smell will go away. Overall I personally wouldn't order it again or suggest it to a friend, but it's within budget and will keep me warm so I plan to keep it.

I bought this coat for my daughter. At her school the students can only wear black or gray jackets. So I bought this jacket, but she also wears it outside of school. My daughter really likes how warm this coat is. It's not too bulky and the style is also cute. I recommend this jacket to keep warm.

I am 5’2” 125lbs. I always wear a small in everything but after reading the reviews I followed the sizing and ordered a large. The fit is perfect. The colors are brilliant and most of all the jacket is soooo warm and comfy. I’m buying another in a different color and buying some for family members as Christmas gifts as well. It’s definitely worth every penny paid.
