Decided I need to leave a review for this magic powder! Sorry, life changing magic powder! Magnificent. Incredible. Amazing. Can’t live without! So you might see the £30 price tag and think it’s a bit spenny! I get that! But it’s a £1 a day really! And that’s value for money in my opinion! I’m 45 years old and either peri or full menopause. I don’t know. I don’t need to know whilst this magic potion works for me. 6 months or so ago I was aching to the point where I thought if I moved my arms above my head they might actually break in half. Getting out of bed in the morning almost made me cry! Sitting on the toilet actually hurt! So I started to take this on the daily! I now spring out of bed and I can reach up high. I can heavy lift items again! It’s an absolute joy, no more pain. I’m sleeping better. My hair has grown like you wouldn’t believe. I even have nails! Nails that don’t break! Best part! Dissolves easily into my morning coffee. No taste. No smell. Nothing! If you’re in your 40’s like me and you are starting to struggle with the expected menopausal moaning! Take this. You won’t regret it! Xxx

Tasteless, dissolves easily and odourless. I’ve been using this for a couple of months and can already see positive results: nails look healthier, not so ‘ridged’, skin looks plumper and feels firmer. I started taking this primarily for hair thinning, having been recommended by my hairdresser who has seen good results in other clients from 6 months on; still early days for me at 2 months but my hair certainly feels ‘healthier’, shiny and less brittle. As is usually the way, it’s a long game and consistency is key so I’ve signed up to a monthly subscription so no excuses at all for not sticking to this: easy and tastes tastes good in my morning coffee and already seeing positive results. I highly recommend Ancient + Brave True Collagen especially to women, like me, of a ‘certain’ age.

Having only just started using this, I do actually feel some benefits. The main difference I can feel at present is in my joints. I have used collagen previously but this delivers more mg to be of actual benefit in an easy way. It really is as easy as popping it into your morning coffee. Will be carrying on with this product in subscriptions.

Very good value dissolves easily no taste great on breakfast cereal good quality

This stuff is honestly a game changer. I’ve been taking it for a month now and I can confidently say it’s made a difference. My skin looks so much better and I’ve had quite a few compliments lately which is always nice. My nails are stronger and even have a bit of a natural shine to them which I’ve never noticed before. I add a scoop to my morning coffee and it mixes in perfectly. It hasn’t changed the taste of anything I’ve tried it with, which I really appreciate. You don’t need a lot either, so one tub goes a long way. I feel good in myself too—just a bit more well overall, like my body’s actually soaking up the benefits. I’ll definitely be topping up when I run out. Love this product and would happily recommend it to anyone thinking about giving collagen a try.

I’ve given 5 stars in anticipation of a good result - I can always come back and change it! However I thought I would give my opinion of the product so far. It says it is tasteless and dissolves completely in hot drink. This is absolutely true. I put a spoonful in my coffee in morning and really can’t detect a difference in taste or texture of my drink. Also - because the jar and labelling is quite attractive - I leave the jar on my worktop next to the coffee and kettle and this means I won’t forget to use it regularly. One thing I would suggest as an improvement would be the addition of a small scoop in the jar so that I can easily measure exact amount. I will come back with a further review in a couple of months - when hopefully I will be experiencing some of the benefits the product claims to offer.

Easy to take no taste after

After a lot of research I decided to use this brand. It’s not the cheapest one but my believe is you get what you pay for. I’ve been using it now constantly for two month. My hair nails and skin are definitely benefitting. My wrists are less painful when doing yoga and I’m seeing some improvement in my knees. The powder dissolves easily and I have it in hot water. It has a taste which I don’t find unpleasant but thought it made my tea taste different which I wasn’t sure of. Haven’t tried it in coffee. I feel that to get the benefit of this it needs long term consistent commitment.

It’s only been two weeks since I started taking this collagen together with your brand’s creatine. I’ve been doing nail extensions and using gel polish almost my entire life, which made my natural nail plate extremely thin, like paper. They would constantly break, and as soon as I removed the polish, my natural nails would last maybe half a day before becoming short again and looking terrible. Thanks to this collagen, after so many years I finally don’t need gel polish anymore. Now I have my own long, natural, beautiful nails that look very feminine. Thank you again so much. Disappointed, package arrived broken

Aunque tiene un precio más elevado que otros colágenos, vale pagar cada céntimo. Es de muy buena calidad y no tiene sabor (yo lo tomo habitualmente con mi rooibos y no altera el sabor, eso me gusta mucho). La piel mejora, y sobre todo, yo lo noto muchísimo en las articulaciones. Alguna temporada lo he dejado de tomar y he percibido molestias en ellas que mientras lo tomo no tengo.

El producto es muy buena, pero el precio es excesivo. Hay productos en el mercado igual de buenos pero de precio más asequible
