If you are on the fence like I was, because you've tried every other "amazing" product on the market for your occipital pain/TMJ headaches with only mediocre success (if any)... TRY IT ANYWAY because this is EXACTLY what I've been looking for and I knew with 10 seconds of lying on it that this was the real deal. I've had a horrible headache "episode" for the last 3 days, have done all the stretching/meds/etc, headache still hanging on... this got delivered, I opened the package and laid on it for about 10 mins in different positions, my pain is GONE now.
