Is this made with Hyssop or is thyme substituted?

it's thyme. it's also terrible. if sumac is important to you, it has no sumac despite that it says that it does on some of the amazon listings.

Did anyonn gluten intolerant try this? Are all the ingredients from outside of usa? There is stg wrong with wheat in usa..I really want to buy this.

This zaatar is imported from Jordan and it does include wheat, there are several other brands that we sell at our store that don't contain wheat

I don't think there is cracked wheat in this. I use it for Greek seasoning like on hummus, tabouli, etc.. It will last for a very long time.
