Its everything I want. a light tablet with a stylus and a great oled screen. But there's one problem, and I don't know if my is just defective, but when I watch youtube on full screen, it flickers once every minute or two, doesn't happen otherwise. Its very strange.

Works great even a year afterwards! I love it, this replaced a Lenovo which screen turned black one month into owning it.

The laptop was arriving super late and on top of that when it arrived the box was really damaged with holes and everything. When I went to turn it on for the first time it wasn't even recognizing windows as the operating system and the computer turned off and on multiple times. Eventually for some reason it ended up recognizing my attempt to create an account and start windows. I thought that would be the weirdest part of the whole experience, but the final thing that happened was that none of the F keys do anything they are supposed to. The increase volume button does nothing and the screen brightness button is also totally messed up.

You can’t go wrong with this laptop! It’s light, durable, has a backlit keyboard, and the battery life is phenomenal! This is the third LG Gram our family has purchased, and not one person has been disappointed. Everyone is very pleased with their laptop.

Overall, I have very little to complain about, this device is all that it claims to be, Thank you LG, for the device! One minor item regarding the device, with all the provided ram, storage, and the qualities of the display, that the device has, I was disappointed by the minimal display ram and that it is not dedicated. However, a major complaint is the severe lack of after-sales support that LG claims to provide. You will eventually get an answer, it's just a much more cumbersome process that it needs to be.
