ゴツコーラ・ハーブ 180カプセル [海外直送品]

買って随分経ちましたが、きちんと飲んでいませんでした。 最近ふとまた飲み出したら普段むくみの自覚はないのですか、足が軽く気持ちも落ち込みにくいような感覚になり効果に驚いています。 母にも勧めてみます！

Normally Good but no so effective

もう３箱個めになりますが、、これを飲むと頭のスッキリするように思いますので、 脳が曇っているような感じのときに、朝出勤前にのんでいます。 忙しいときも集中力が切れないように感じています。 だから、もう４箱目を注文しました。

期待してます。だんだん物覚えも悪くなってきてるので。 たっぷり量もあり助かります^ ^

5年以上前から常備してます。 体の疲れではなく脳疲労というか、疲れ過ぎると頭の中がモヤモヤして仕事の優先事項や組み立てなどが出来ず、頭が回らない状態が続きミスしやすくなっていました。 目の覚める感じではないのですが、言われた事を覚えていたり、仕事の段取りがさくさく出来たりするので飲んでいます。 疲れたかなーと思う頃から落ち着くまでしばらくです。ずっと飲み続けると馴れてしまうとネットに書いていたので。

自然に効いています。睡眠導入剤をやめて眠れなくなっていたときに、ゴツコラハーブが良いと伺い、こちらを購入しました。値段もお手頃で気に入りました。またリピートすると思います。

まだ効果は謎。飲み始めて５日ぐらい。効いてるような気がする。ゴツコラとシトルリンも一緒に飲んでる。アルガンオイルや納豆、玉ねぎ酢を積極的に食べる。納豆は1日2パックまで。血流改善されれば、膝の痛みや腱鞘炎が少し良くなった気がする。

結構飲み続けてます。利尿効果もあるようですし 肌にもトラブルが起きません。

BDNF levels decrease with age, so consider taking Gotu Kola especially if you are older and looking for something to attenuate cognitive decline.

I had a wound on my lower leg that did not seem to want to heal. I was unloading a truck that was very dirty and I bumped my leg. I didn't clean or even pay any attention to the wound until a few days later when I noticed it was looking a bit nasty. I then started to clean the wound and put over the counter ointment on it for a few days but the wound was not getting better. I went to the clinic and they gave me a stronger ointment but it still was not healing. The nurse at the clinic suggested that I take vitamins to help my body heal, so I got some vitamin C and zinc and ordered these based on an article I read somewhere on the web. I stopped putting ointment on the wound or really doing anything else to it. After a few days of taking these (one in the morning and one in the evening) I noticed that the wound seemed to be less irritated. I guess after about a week and a half the wound was showing big signs of improvement. It's been a couple weeks now and I'm just taking one a day and the wound has almost completely healed. I did take a B complex with vitamin C and a potassium with zinc with it so I can't say if these were the magic bullet by themselves, but my wound has almost completely healed and I'm very satisfied.

Hard to say if they are really doing the job for me. I have CVI. But there has been improvement. I think it is a combination of things, such as healthy diet and proportionate, with fruits and vegetables, omega 3, vitamins, good quality lean protein and also getting enough good exercise and the right amount of rest.

I originally purchased this because I had read that Gotu Kola can help keep you sharp and focused. I don't know if I feel any different in that regard, but this stuff has definitely helped to lower my anxiety levels. The dosage on the label is 2 capsules at a time, but I take only one and it seems to have the same effects. The only negative thing that I can say about this product is that I get a stomach ache if I take this without food. But I love to eat, so I'll take any excuse I can get to shove my face! In the end, your mileage may vary. Everyone's body chemistry is different; so what works for one may not work for another. But Gotu Kola is pretty inexpensive, so I suggest anyone looking for a mental boost, or help with anxiety give it a try!
