I have naturally curly/wavy hair, and finding a gel that gives hold without making my hair feel stiff or crunchy is hard — but this one actually delivers. The texture is lightweight and easy to spread through wet hair. It has good slip, so it doesn’t feel like you’re dragging product through your curls. Once it dries, it forms a soft cast that you can easily scrunch out, leaving your curls defined but still bouncy and natural-looking. What I liked most is the frizz control. My hair usually gets frizzy pretty fast, but this kept it under control for most of the day while still looking shiny and healthy. It also doesn’t leave flakes or a sticky residue, which is a huge plus. The scent is light and slightly citrusy, not overpowering. It also contains ingredients like shea butter and oils, so it helps with moisture as well as hold. The only downside is that if you use too much, it can feel a bit heavy or slightly crunchy depending on your hair type — so you have to find the right amount. Overall, this is a great everyday curl gel, especially if you want definition + hold without that stiff “gel hair” feeling. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone with wavy to curly hair looking for something affordable and effective.
