4X Strategy Board Game with Miniatures, Warfare, Nuclear Theme, Age 15+

So much fun and so creative. The pieces are high quality; wooden tokens, thick cards, decent dice, etc.. The concept is really funny and the scenarios are witty. The mutations can completely change the game making it a bit different every time. Don’t sleep on spy cards - they’re like cheat codes and can give you a huge advantage. BUT, other people have access to them as well. The rules are laid out pretty well if you’re playing with 4 players. Anything less is a lot more complicated and they don’t have video tutorials for 2 players yet. It overall, it’s great and I’m really happy I purchased.

As games go, this game has a lot of depth for being simple to learn. It takes the concept of Settlers of Catan and merges it with Animal Farm and Nuclear Escalation in a hilarious way sure to keep you entertained when spending those long nights in the bunker after the bombs drop (which this game would easily survive as the pieces are really well made). If you are looking for a gift for the staunch capitalist or anti-communist in your life, I can't think of a better bang for the buck than this game.

My family and my son's friends all LOVE this game! We were big fans of Catan but think this is even more fun. We got the Standard Edition and found it to be very high-quality and well-packaged. It's easy to organize in the box, and I thought the box size was perfect, not larger than it needed to be. Definitely a good buy for the money and will get a lot of use in our house.
