Will this software work with GoDaddy domain?

I used it with my goDaddy domain. You just have to upload the folders and info to your hosting site.

It will work with GoDaddy in a round about way. Probably based on the age of this software, and since they no longer support the software, it would be better to use an online web builder (such as Wix.com) which will create a site that will work on any device, resizing itself as needed.

Does the software allow for links or redirects to other websites?

As I recall, it can be done by inserting the desired link into the HTML code, but there is no single "button" or "insert link" option. This was a nice program in its day, but it's really too old to be considered viable by today's browsers, the majority of which are on mobile devices. You need something more current that creates resizable websites. Xara Web Designer Premium is the successor program to the Serif products.

Will this work on Windows 10?

It does not work on Windows 10.
