Unhappy Camper
I kick myself every time I see this monstrosity in my kitchen. I was inspired to purchase after watching videos on TikTok as to how it would make my cake frosting days fantastic and fast but unfortunately, it doesnโt work as well as advertised. The board is too high and not adjustable, the directions are useless with minimal words, and the cake will not stay on the base. I tried to return but the fee is $200. Needless to say, Iโm stuck with it and not happy

Donโt buy it!!!!!!!!
If I could give this zero stars I would. It is not worth the money. I am returning it as soon as I figure out who is paying for the return shipping. The cake either gets pushed away from the side scraper or worse gets sucked into it. This machine is garbage.

Damages
There was damages to the packaging and the item upon arrival. The machine many damages where found when taken out of the package. The machine itself is slow probably from the damages. I should rate this a zero.
