Install was easy with the help of a hair dryer. I have no leaks, no more split hose, more length and better flexibility. Definitely a quality upgrade

I was able to use this kit to replace the hoses on my Hoover Spotless cleaner. The hose diameter and ends match exactly. You need to drill out the two catches on the old hose that keep it attached to the piece where the hand piece plugs in. The video shows the replacement for the newer model but it gives a good idea of how to replace the hose on the Spotless. Application of some heat to the plastic ends make them more pliable. It is a good excuse to get a mini heat gun.

Great replacement for my hose on my steam cleaner!

I know it says so in the description that its only a few inches longer than the OEM hose, but they hype it like its a mile long. Yes, technically its longer, but You're not going to notice the difference really. Hopefully it holds up longer the the OEM hose... time will tell.
