Does this leave a bitter taste with buttercream

Sugarflair is one of the best Gel food coloring I have ever used. There is no taste to it, I have been using it over 3 years now and no complaints from my customers.

Can these color chocolate or swiss meringue buttercream?

Of course they can. Any paste or gel colour will work for those applications.

Es muy buena calidad. Lo recomiendo. Un color rojo fuerte. Recuerdo que si horneas un biscocho con colorante rojo, debes mantener la temperatura baja, 130°C, de lo contrario se quemará.
