Ok, we went with the "inexpensive" mug rack first and it was a mistake. We sent it back because it was cheaply made, flimsy and poorly designed. What a difference this rack is! Well designed, great materials and it went together easily. The rack sits squarely on the wall and is secured by screws and anchors which are large enough to support the weight of the rack and mugs. The rack is well designed and well made. The top and bottom have supports which help make the rack rigid and solid. The finish is matte black and goes well with our decor. Overall I'm very satisfied with this rack and would recommend it to anyone looking for a mug rack.

Looks great and sturdy to hold coffee mugs

This is an Awesome way to display your mugs. This particular rack is iron and Very Well Made! It’s easy to put together. Looks fabulous on the wall. It was Perfect for my kitchen. Product was packaged extremely well. I definitely recommend this product! Price was good compared to others I had looked at.

I wanted a nice hanging display for our office coffee cups. Most have a fun saying and we wanted them on display rather than on a shelf in the break room. This rack holds 26 standard size or larger mug size cups. Like any self-assembly project, as long as you understand and follow the directions, with a little bit of future use foresight, it goes smoothly. The directions were ok as expected. It helped to visualize which way the cups would hang, and which side needed to be against the wall, and which corner the horizontal needed to be inside or outside of before/as I assembled. One bar did not fit flush and while I wished it would have, it was not going to and it was high enough (top bar) that you can't see it and it did not inhibit my use. I started to assemble with the cup hooks facing the wrong way (yes there is a wrong way because one side of the frame has bracket holes to use to slide down over the screws/anchors). But caught the mistake before I was fully assembled so my frustration level was kept low. We love the rack and it is definitely a sold metal piece so not at all flimsy in any way. If you want to hang or display upwards of 26 cups, this is a great, simple, sturdy piece to purchase.

PROS: - Decent sized - Able to hold mugs of varying size on all 26 pegs - Fairly sturdy CONS: - Potential for seriously flawed hardware - Somewhat challenging to install Overall, I'm pleased with this mug rack. With some creativity, I can display 26 of my favorite mugs in a way that is aesthetically pleasing. I've had the rack up for three months and, so far, there have been no issues with it staying in place. (Knock on wood). My one major complaint is the flawed hardware that came with the rack. Specifically, one of the corner lug nuts that are pre-welded onto the frame was horribly threaded, to the point where I couldn't properly solidify the frame. Fortunately, after a hour of creative troubleshooting, I managed to satisfactorily secure the flawed area, but not perfectly. For the amount of $$ being spent for this rack, there really should be better quality control with the parts. Maybe this was just a fluke with my order, but it's something to take into consideration for a potential purchase...

I love how sturdy this mug rack is. M only complaint is that I think the screws should be longer. There is a gap on the sides when your line up the brackets and the screws/washers JUST fit into some of the bolts. I had to leave one of the washers off because I just couldn’t get the screw to screw into the bolt otherwise. Other than that I don’t have any complaints. I love the size of the rack and how many mugs it can fit. I use it for our Rae Dunn mugs. It’s a little bit of a tight squeeze, but the mugs are all different shapes and I still got them to fit on there and look good.

This mug rack was quick to put together and easy to hang up! I assembled most of it and then secured the top and bottom pieces to the wall before screwing the rest of the rack onto them for a bit of a tighter fit. The long screws and wall anchors it came with didn't go into the wall easily so I used another set I had that had a better grip, but the ones it came with should work fine for most folks!

Looks great on the wall, didn’t have difficulty putting it together but I suggest having 2 people on hand to hang it. I only have mugs on every other pin but has held up well and have received many compliments on it as I have a coffee/tea station set up underneath it .

Took me a while to figure out how to use the hole plugs that came with them so be careful! I actually had to look it up on youtube because I made a oopsy hole but I'll just cover it up with coffee art! Looks awesome and a great way to show off my mug obsession

This is exactly what I was looking for. The rack is large and so I am able to hang many mugs on it. It looks great by the coffee machine and it is very sturdy.
