Rubber Air Hose

I saved some money on this one. It functions great and is durable. keeps it shape so you have to roll it up correctly each time but that's worth it. I'd buy another if the time comes

This was a Christmas gift for my husband to replace a hose he has had for many years. He installed it, made no complaints on the quality, showed it to his neighbor, and is frequently using it with no problems. He seems to be a happy husband.

I paid like $15 for this, shipped. 3/8 Id by 25’ long, 1/4” mpt brass ends. It feels like a cheap air hose. But guess what buttercup - it IS a cheap air hose. The bend protector black boot things are hokey and lame and move all around and off the crimped ends easily. Won’t be effective. The hose has an oily coating on it. It wiped off easily if a rag. It doesn’t feel like a regular rubber air hose. It’s kind of rubbery but has a bit of a plastic feeling too. Not unruly like a cheap pvc hose. It’s flexable and lays flat like rubber. It doesn’t leak. I needed a 25’ hose that sits next to my work bench so I didn’t have to haul out a 50’ hose just for every little thing. 25’ is plenty for most my uses. This hose won’t live long on jobsites or in a real shop. In my garage with occasional weekend use (air tools and such) it should go at least a few years. “Cuz cheap is how I feel” 👉

Just as described. Works great. Hose is flexible even now during winter months. Fittings fit tightly. Would buy again.

We bought this to supply air from our heavy duty tow truck to a disabled tractor in order to release the brakes. Red is the color for service air supply so it's easy to know where it's going. Stays flexible in the cold, cleans up easy and quite durable.

If a good filter for moisture, compressor oil and general contaminants are installed at inlet to hose, the keeps fish-eyes out of epoxy, primer, sealer, inter-coat clear (if spraying double clear, paint graphics, flames, air-bushing or regular clear coat, creating a beautiful paint job. If using for air tools, great hose, perfect rubber and well crimped. ASE Master, retired.

Finally got rid of my old stiff rubber hose. This hose is put together professionally and is nice and flexible. Rolled it up on my reel and I'm in business. Male ends are brass and this hose should last a long time.

This hose is well made, the brass fittings on each ends didn't have any metal chips on them and the thread was well formed. It also has a plastic sleeve (in black) on each ends which is practical when using quick disconnects because you can use them as grips. I personally prefer rubber hose over pvc ones when using them in the garage as they are tougher. I definitely recommend this one because of the overall quality, it's cheaper than known brand rubber hose and it's also backed by a 2 years warranty.
