They are basically fabric that fills up and the only stretch you get is from the waistband. With these you get stretch throughout because the waistband stretches with the fabric. These aren’t tight, they mold to you and give you a little tug to shape a bit. They don’t roll up or lose its shape even with washing. The fabric is breathable and stretchy but aren’t tight. I love these so much!

Comfortable Panties
If you're looking for full coverage, regular, cotton panties, these are the ones. I'm pregnant and already a mom so I needed something that wasn't gonna ride up my ass through out the day. I just wanted regular cotton panties and that's what I got and I am very happy with them. I've bought two packs already, I think I'm gonna buy a third pack because I really love the way they fit.

Sizing
I was looking to purchase new underwear and the suggested size said I should order a medium. I ordered a large as I wanted them to be a little more loose fitting. They are great quality but the large do not fit. I should have ordered an extra large.
