It straightens finger.
It is simple and it works. I jammed my finger in swimming accident. It does what it is suppose to. My finger eventually bends again when I take off, but it is straight sometimes up to an hour after taking off. Too early to tell if I will be cured, but if I donโt it wonโt be because of this product. It fits right, is fairly comfortably and straihtens my finger

Take care in measuring your finger for proper fit of this medical device
I didn't rate comfort as discomfort is what you will experience when you wear this medical device. In my case it's meant to help straighten my middle finger, which recently (11/2022) got a bit bent following a trigger finger surgical release. My use of this device was/is directed by the occupational therapist to whom I was referred for consultation. I note that the measurement of the finger is by inches, whereas the device measurements are given categorically (A,B...). However, the categories are also described by U.S. math. I measured my finger carefully, but the device I bought that matched an alphabetical category, was/is a bit too small for my finger; however, it's still do-able for its purpose. If there was a next-time purchase, I'd look at the maximum size of the range for an alphabetical category, and think of it as the minimum, or starting measurement of that range. But that's just me. Maybe I'm not good with a ruler. Dave

Expensive but helpful.
Wish it would be less expensive for the simple design it is. That said it did help to straighten the finger joint with consistent use.
