This rice flour is very good quality. This is a must have go to product for Sourdough making. This product helps my dough not stick to the surface or the banneton. This is definitely worth a few dollars in cost to have a 1 pound bag of this rice flower. This bag of flour will last 200s of loaves. I’m sure there are many many other uses for rice flour but this is what I used this for. There is no taste added to my dough and since it is gluten-free, my daughter can eat this with my gluten-free loaves that I make.

This rice flour is perfect to sprinkle down when you’re working with dough. It doesn’t absorb like regular flour so you don’t have to worry about your dough taking him more flour than it needs. It also does not take a whole lot.

This was recommended to use before scoring sourdough loaves. Seems to work well. Texture is very fine

This rice flour is just what I needed to make beautiful sourdough loaves. I use it on top of the loaf prior to scoring and baking. Rice flour doesn't burn like wheat flour, so it's my go to for making this. I like that it's gluten free and doesn't have much of a taste. The texture is akin to fine cornstarch and smooths onto the loaves evenly. This is a great value for the money!
